Terms of Service | RankBuddy

These terms govern your use of RankBuddy (rankbuddy.online). By creating an account or using the tool, you agree to them.

1. The service

RankBuddy generates SEO listing content and competitor research from a product image you provide, or from an existing listing you paste in, for marketplaces including Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify and Walmart. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it on any marketplace — RankBuddy is a drafting tool, not a guarantee of search ranking or sales.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use RankBuddy, and must provide accurate information when registering. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Email/password accounts require a verified, reachable email address before they can sign in.

3. Tokens and usage

Each listing generation costs 10 tokens. Regenerating a result consumes tokens again — there is no free retry. Free daily tokens (10/day for guests, 30/day for signed-in free accounts) reset once every 24 hours and do not roll over. Paid plan tokens refresh monthly on your billing date and also do not roll over unless purchased as a top-up. Top-up tokens (purchased separately, at a lower rate than subscribing) never expire while your account exists.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use automated means to circumvent daily free-usage limits or create multiple accounts to obtain additional free tokens, not to upload images you don't have the right to use, not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and not to use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) are billed monthly via Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles payment collection, sales tax/VAT, and invoicing on our behalf. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

6. Content ownership

You own the SEO content generated for your products and are free to use it commercially. You retain all rights to the product photos and listing text you provide us; we only use them to generate your result and, for images, never store them (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or free of errors, or that it will improve your search rankings or sales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankBuddy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost sales or revenue from a generated listing.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use RankBuddy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
